Mel has worked at C.M. Hobbs for 20 years in a variety of positions.  Currently serving as Production Manager, Mel is in charge of all the potting of plant material, including the bar coding labels and entering information concerning newly potted material into the master database.  Through a state-of-the-art inventory management system, C.M. Hobbs uses PC tablets on the lot to enter customer orders and facilitate efficient service.  Mel also takes orders, assists customers and is in charge of plant signage.

Hobbies:  Mel likes the outdoors, and especially enjoys camping and fishing throughout the Midwest.
