Payment Terms

You can pay for your order by cash, credit card or check.

Pre-approved Credit

We also offer 30-day payment on orders with pre-approved credit. To obtain pre-approved credit, call our Accounts Receivables Clerk, Loretta Wallard, at 317-837-8301.

Paying by Check

C.M. Hobbs uses the VeriCheck system to verify and process all checks. Through the VeriCheck system, funds are drawn from your account immediately at the time of purchase.

Cancellation Policy

On pre-orders or 10-day holds, any plant material not picked up after a grace period of 10 days will be returned to open stock. If the material is still desired, a holding fee will be assessed until date of pick-up.

Special orders may require pre-payment. No cancellations or refunds are available on special orders.

Returns

As a re-wholesale nursery, C.M. Hobbs does not sell directly to the public; our customers include landscapers, builders, architects, golf courses, universities, parks, municipalities, garden centers, churches and other large institutions. As a re-wholesaler, no warranty is available on the plant material we sell.
